Cory insisted on cupcakes to be purchased at So Cupcake. I was impressed that he even had a favorite cupcake store. Even through the cupcake craze last year I still never made it into an actual store specializing in gourmet cupcakes TO DIE FOR.

So Cupcakes has a super pink cupcake truck relocating daily around Salt Lake City and all the neighboring cities. WAY CUTE. Check out their Facebook and Twitter for updates.
