We took Tom to High West Whiskey Distillery, our top choice venue for all out-of-towners. Lucky us—another gorgeous outdoor dining episode in Park City! We sat on the patio, sipped smooth whiskey, ate elegant cowboy grub, people-watched and tried to solve all of life's problems. Life is good :)

Black Coffee & Bourbon Glazed Cod, $14. Cod is just so dang silky milky buttery as is. No need for a thick sauce. Napa cabbage and chive slaw add Western flare.
High West Burger, $16. House blended organic Niman Ranch Farms Beef & Rolling Hills Ranch Bison & a proprietary secret flavoring, caramelized whiskey onions, Gruyere & Blue topped with fried shallots, served on house made caraway brioche roll, house pickled bread & butter cucumbers. Easily, one of the best burgers I've ever had. Medium rare, juicy and perfect. Parm fries are addicting. House pickles are incredible.
Black Angus Tri Tip with Spicy Slaw, $14 . House specialty, house smoked, HW BBQ chutney.
Local Carrots with Sesame & Ginger, $6. Buy local! Simple carrots burst, BURST with flavor.
Squash "Linguine" & Fried Eggplant, $6. Roasted yellow tomato coulis, brown butter and basil. Light, fresh, fabulous.
Sauteed Spinach & Tuscan Kale, $6. With fresh grated ginger and maple syrup. Simple, tasty, intensely delicious.
Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Baby Porcinis, $6. Shallots, rosemary, olive oil, fresh lemon. Seriously awesome!
Asparagus with Pine Nuts and Tomatoes, $6.
Roasted Fingerling Potatoes. Crisp, chewy, fluffy. Perfect fingerlings!

Nice! The place looks cool and the servings look very enticing. I'm curious about the whiskey though.
