Tsunami, South Jordan

We were in South Jordan finishing an early meeting about 11:30ish and were absolutely starving. Across the street Tsunami, a local Utah sushi chain I think, was just opening up for lunch. We were the first ones seated and the space filled up immediately with stylish business types.

Green Lip Mussel Shooters. $8.50 - cold, beautiful and fabulous.

Vietnamese Vegetarian Spring Rolls - flavorless (too much carrot, look!), boring peanut sauce, and tasted all wrong. Sushi restaurants should not offer Vietnamese spring rolls.

Sushi Lunch Special $12.95 - 5 piece nigiri sushi, half California Roll, half Tuna Rolland, and miso soup. Shot pic after hubby wolfed down some. After the spring roll let-down, we were thrilled at how good the sushi. 

Japanese Cucumber Salad $3.50 

Stick with sushi. I really don't recommend ordering anything else here!
