Golden Dragon

We were invited to a huge banquet dinner at Golden Dragon. It was my first time I was in shock that such a dive could pull off feeding 15 banquet tables beautifully. They were short-staffed but diligent with what they had. Food was traditional Beijing-style platters, heavy on sauces, and surprisingly good.

Pork, Seaweed, Daikon.

Egg-drop Soup with Crab.

Lobster in Ginger and Chive.

Abalone Mushroom and Vegetable.

Chicken, Peanuts, Water Chesnuts, Celery.

Steamed Fish with Ginger and Soy.

Braised Tofu and Mushroom.

Chinese Broccoli.

Sweet Dessert Soup.
